Okay, so it’s been a while …
And yes, I know, the title is a tad dramatic! However, my experience tells me, that’s how it’s always ‘picked up’ in search engines and the like, so you can’t really blame me. I need to ‘practice what I preach’ every now and then.
Admittedly, I established this blog back last year but then got carried away with all the post-grad study I was doing along with client work (everyone else’s blogs) – so something had to give.
But having now successfully completed my study late last year, I’m baaaaccck.
The purpose of my blog is to share my personal insights, my experience, pertinent industry knowledge and to answer broadly any queries my readers have relating to the publishing industry – both print and electronic. I’ve done considerable research over the years (and it’s never ending) which can be invaluable when it comes to writing and editing or just getting your head around the publishing and self-publishing world.
I welcome your comments – don’t be shy – and I appreciate your contribution in helping to make this blog an interactive and valuable resource tool as well.
By the way, some concepts are universal, others are more relative to where I live. Australia.
